Description: Learn the basic language, technique, and safe progression of movements with Pilates Mat-based exercises that will build strength over time by targeting the deepest muscles in your body. Learn how to breathe properly, use proper form, work from the core powerhouse, and become aware of your own body. We will also combine many stretches and basic Yoga moves for more flexibility. The workshop will end with a short relaxation routine.
What to bring and wear: A Yoga mat (mats are also provided), water bottle, towel, comfortable clothing.
